Stop wasting our tax dollars fighting pointless court battles against marriage equality. Idahoans value freedom, fairness, and equality. Recognizing the right of all Idahoans to marry the person they love upholds these values. 

Seventeen states formally recognize marriage equality and another eleven have now seen court rulings supporting marriage equality. The ultimate outcome of this fight is clear - marriage equality is the future for the great State of Idaho and soon the United States itself. I know that as you continue to waste millions of dollars on appeals, all you are doing is playing politics with our tax dollars.

The Governor should be working to adequately fund our kids' public schools, not squandering our state tax dollars on a losing court battle to keep committed adults from marrying the person they love. Governor Otter, stop wasting our tax dollars fighting to put Idaho on the wrong side of history.
